Lemonlegs is a yellow tabby tom with blue eyes and black spots.

Lemonlegs was a warrior of MudClan, born to Pear and Wasp, two loners, seasons after the Clans were formed, as Lemon. Lemonlegs joined MudClan after his sister, Orchid, fell into the Moonpond and the medicine cats saved her.

Lemonlegs became good friends with Grassfall, and eventually they have a son, Maplekit. Maplekit falls into the deepest part of the creek when exploring on his own. Lemonlegs dives in to save him, but inhales too much water, and the medicine cats don't get there in time to save him.

History

Mudstar's Clan

"You were so brave saving my sister! I want to be brave too!" ― Lemonlegs, as Lemon, pleading to become a MudClan warrior

Lemon appears briefly at the end of Mudstar's Clan. He pleads to become a MudClan warrior after his sister, Orchid, is saved from drowning in the Moonpond. Mudstar allows it, and he becomes Lemonlegs.

Swiftstar's Era

"Is it Lemonlegs's day? Is it? Is it?" ― Maplekit

Lemonlegs notably becomes closer to Grassfall. They are seen grooming and eating together a lot. They have Maplekit. Lemonlegs stays in the nursery ever other day instead of Grassfall to spend time with him. He plays Mossball with Maplekit and sometimes hits the elder's den on accident.

On one of Grassfall's days, she shares tongues with Rainpelt as Maplekit sleeps. When he wakes up, he sneaks out of camp without going out the main entrance or even out the nursery entrance, so Grassfall does not know he is gone. Lemonlegs is one patrol when Grassfall checks on Maplekit and finds that he is missing. Lemonlegs's patrol isn't far away, and the mates race around MudClan territory. Lemonlegs finds him in the deepest part of the creek and saves him; however, he inhales too much water and the medicine cats don't get there fast enough to save him.
